In the picture above I am sandblasting the top frame. The frame is resting on a wooden palette that I just happened to have. I use a sandblaster made by Craftsmen attached to a 3 hp air compressor. Safety goggles, a mask, and something to cover your head with are a must when sandblasting. (Unless you have a blasting cabinet)
